Mariska Hargitay paid tribute to her late mother, Jayne Mansfield, on what would have been her 90th birthday. Mansfield was a trailblazing sex symbol in the ’50s and ’60s, starring in hit films such as The Girl Can’t Help It and Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?. She died tragically at the age of 34 in a car crash, leaving behind her only daughter Mariska, who was just three years old at the time. Hargitay shared a black-and-white photo of her mother in an evening dress on Instagram, writing a heartfelt message. Mansfield’s life and career were marked by controversy, but she remains an icon of Hollywood’s golden era.
Although Jim Parsons enjoyed Sheldon’s final storyline, Johnny Galecki felt differently after he read the script and what was in store for Penny and Leonard.
Both Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki had mixed reactions to Penny and Leonard’s finale. Penny announces that she’s pregnant, although it seemed as though that wasn’t in the works for the two throughout the series, and Cuoco was onboard with this decision. Reading the script, Galecki revealed he didn’t quite understand it at first.
“The pregnancy shocked me. I didn’t get it at first. Molaro and I talked about them maybe not [being pregnant]. The main takeaway is that these friendships will continue; the writers didn’t want someone to move away. We wanted to leave the audience with the idea that these friendships and the love that they have continues.”
Steve Holland, a showrunner on The Big Bang Theory seemed to agree with Leonard, stating that the storyline was very abrupt, and that there as no proper build to it. He admitted that it could have been handled differently in the final episodes leading to the finale.
Kaley Cuoco thanks Jennifer Aniston for sharing her experiences with infertility.
Cuoco shared Aniston’s story on Instagram, writing that it was impossible to know other people’s battles while thanking Aniston for her candor.
Cuoco, who’s currently pregnant with her first child, wrote a message on Instagram. “You never ever know what people are going through behind the scenes .. stop assuming and judging every little thing!”, she wrote Cuoco. “@jenniferaniston thank you for sharing this story!!!”
Cuoco’s comments were made following Aniston’s interview with Allure, where she shared that she went through several IVF treatments some years ago. “I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” she said. “All the years and years and years of speculation… It was really hard.”
I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it. I would have given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it,’” she said.
When Hargitay started her amazing run at ‘ Law & Order‘, she began earning low numbers but it quickly jumped to an impressive $375,000 to $385,000 per episode. Her contract expired in 2009 and they needed to negotiate a new one. When that happened, she sealed a deal for around $400,000 per episode. Considering she was on every single episode out of 32, the actress was making around $11 million per season. But the most recent contract si signed makes her earn a lot more money per episode and more per season.
In January, Revord and her mother were T-boned by an intoxicated driver on their way to the set. It was a traumatic experience and made it difficult for her to film the Season 6 episode, in which she is mostly behind the wheel of a car. Luckily, Revord had Grace for support.
In an interview with People, Revord said, “She was comforting me and if I started to panic, she would pause everything and just help me laugh and stuff and just hold me.” Revord also expressed gratitude to Grace in an Instagram post, to which the latter responded, “So proud of you for fighting through this. Love you Thelma and Louise!!!” Grace wasn’t the only one working to pull Revord through those tough days, however.
Iain Armitage sent Raegan Revord flowers after her car accident
“They were beautiful, smelled amazing, and [had] a very sweet note with them,” she described to People. In response to Revord’s Instagram post about the incident, Armitage commented, “So glad you are alright!!”
“Whenever we’re rehearsing, I’ll try to play it in a more comedic way and (executive producer) Chuck (Lorre) always comes in and says, ‘Play it simply. You’re beautiful when you’re simple.’ I’m constantly told to reel it back in. I think I’m giving them what they need for the show. Every sitcom needs their straight man or straight woman.”
Mann would go on to reveal that the plans for Priya were different at the start. Priya was about to get married in the initial plot, and her final fling was with Leonard. However, she was able to get extra episodes because of the other storyline she was eventually given.
Mann reveals, “The character changed completely. Originally she was engaged and she was going to get married and Leonard was her last fling. We rehearsed it over the week and it became just Priya making a booty call,” she said.
Although she wasn’t a fan favorite character given that she got in the way of Penny and Leonard, Aarti was received positively by her peers, including Johnny Galecki.
Johnny Galecki reveals, “I thought it made a whole lotta sense. She did one episode this season, and we just really loved Aarti [Mann], and her work ethic kind of melded with everybody else’s.” Mann ended up leaving the show following her breakup with Leonard. Although she wasn’t brought back, a fan did notice that the sitcom subtly gave an update on what happened in her personal life once she broke up with Leonard.
Big Bang Theory star Mayim Bialik shares her reaction to the recent spin-off announcement as Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros: “I think this is my last episode”: Big Bang Theory Star Mayim Bialik Was Shocked After Becoming a Series Regular
Speaking with Variety, Mayim Bialik admits having no knowledge of this announcement. The actress has previously expressed interest in reprising her role as Amy Farrah Fowler, although she seemed shocked at the news: “I was completely surprised. My kids are like, ‘Mama, do you know anything about this?’ I promise, I don’t.”
“I got the news like everybody else. We’re all still pretty close, so there was a lot of texting going on. And I asked my agent. He was like, ‘I don’t know.’ I guess no one knows at this point, but I can’t wait to find out.”
She also confessed wanting to return to the franchise, although nothing is certain at the moment: “I’ll do anything related to anything like that… But yeah, we really have no idea. So, I’m in the same boat as everyone else.” Bialik revealed she has no expectations about the storyline of the upcoming project: “I mean, honestly, I’ve been thinking about it. My kids are like, ‘Well, Mama, you have to know, and I said I really don’t. I loved all of our characters. And we’ve had so many incredible guest characters. So, I was like, it could be anything. It could literally be anything.”

Ryan Buggle, the actor playing Noah on SVU, is homeschooled and in eighth grade. He loves working with Mariska Hargitay and sees her as a mentor figure. Ryan hopes that his character, Noah, becomes a leader like his mother this season. When Noah came out as bisexual last year, Ryan received positive reactions from fans all over the world. Aside from SVU, Ryan is also starring in a commercial for Charmin toilet paper as a
scientist.
Like his sister Missy, Georgie’s future is already set in stone by the events of The Big Bang Theory. After Young Sheldon’s George Sr dies, Georgie ends up trying to support his mother and his younger siblings, eventually overworking and burning himself out.
Before forgiving Sheldon, Georgie sacrifices his independence, and presumably his relationship with his first wife, to support Mary, Sheldon, and Missy. There is a good chance that the ex-wife mentioned in is Mandy, his current girlfriend who is pregnant with their child in season 6. Georgie’s grief over could be the conduit that leads the new parents to break up, but this would be a brutally depressing turn of events for the series.
Georgie and Mandy are unfortunately doomed to break up because Georgie is divorced by the time he is seen in The Big Bang Theory. This could potentially mean that they get married and managed to last a few years after the end of Young Sheldon but before the events of The Big Bang Theory, but it seems more likely that the volatile couple would break up sooner than later.
The worst way for season 6 to handle the death of George Sr would be for the show to depict Georgie and Mandy continuing their relationship, having a child together, getting married, and then breaking up because of Georgie’s inability to provide for two families after his father’s death. This is way too dark a storyline for spinoff and would a monster for expecting her son (who already has a child of his own to care for) to look after his siblings. Similarly, Mandy breaking up with Georgie over his inability to handle the loss of his father would be uncharacteristically callous.
